1. Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Surfaces Of Municipal Roads In The Sośnicowice Commune In 2026, Aimed At Improving The Technical Condition Of The Surface And Ensuring Road Traffic Safety. The Scope Of Works Includes The Removal Of Local Damage To Asphalt Surfaces, In Particular Potholes, Defects, Collapses, Cracks And Other Deformations Occurring In The Road. The Scope Of The Order Is Estimated And Amounts To Approximately 613.5 M² Of Surface To Be Repaired. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Minimum Guaranteed Scope Of The Order Is Set By The Ordering Party At 80% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Contract.2. Scope Of Works2.1 The Works Will Include In Particular:• Designation And Preparation Of Places To Be Repaired,• Cutting Or Milling Of Damaged Pavement Fragments To Regular Shapes,• Cleaning The Repaired Surfaces From Loose Elements, Dust, Mud And Other Contaminants,• Sprinkling The Edges And Bottoms Of The Defects With Asphalt Emulsion,• Carrying Out Partial Renovations With A Hot Mineral-Asphalt Mixture,• Mechanical Compaction Of The Built-In Mixture,• Sealing Connections Between The Existing Surface And The Repairs Made, • Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed. The Scope Of Work May Also Include The Execution Of Accompanying Works Necessary To Properly Perform The Repairs And Ensure The Safety Of Road Users, As Well As The Implementation Of Bitumen Overlays On Selected Road Sections.2.2 Scope Of Execution Of Bituminous Overlays On Sections Of Roads With A Previously Hardened Gravel Surface, Length: 4053 M2, Including Preparation Of The Subfloor, Profiling Of The Existing Surface, Execution Of A Leveling Layer (If Necessary) And Laying And Compacting The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture In Order To Improve The Operational Parameters Of The Road And Increase The Durability Of The Surface.3. Technology Of Execution Of Workspartial Renovations Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Technical Standards, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Requirements For Road Works. Repairs Should Be Performed Using A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Intended For Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces, Ensuring Durability And Proper Operational Parameters Of The Repaired Sections. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Appropriate Equipment, Transport, Materials And Personnel Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. Material Requirements: • Bituminous Mass In Accordance With Pn-En 13108-1, • Asphalt Emulsion - Quick-Disintegrating Cationic, • Aggregate In Accordance With Pn-En 13043.4.
