The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Configuration Of 2 Utm Firewalls For The Chrzanów Commune As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Program, Financed Under The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027: Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services. Action 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System.2. The Detailed Opz Is Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz. 3. Wherever The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And These References Are Supplemented With The Words Or Equivalent In The Absence Of A Specific Term. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions, I.E. Those That Ensure At Least The Same Technical, Qualitative, Functional And Operational Parameters As The Solutions Indicated In The Documentation. The Contractor Who Proposes An Equivalent Solution Is Obliged To Demonstrate Its Equivalence By Presenting Appropriate Documents, In Particular Technical Data Sheets, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity Or Other Evidence Confirming Compliance With The Required Parameters. The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Cannot Result In An Increase In The Contractors Remuneration Or A Reduction In The Standard Of Work.
