The Subject Of The Order Is The Retrofitting Of A Backbone Switch With Fiber Optic Transceivers For The Chrzanów Commune As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Program, Financed Under The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027: Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services. Action 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System.2. The Detailed Opz Is Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz. 3. Wherever The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Adds The Words Or Equivalent To These References In The Absence Of The Term In Question. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions, I.E. Those That Provide At Least The Same Technical, Qualitative, Functional And Operational Parameters As The Solutions Indicated In The Documentation. The Contractor Who Proposes An Equivalent Solution Is Obliged To Demonstrate Its Equivalence By Presenting Relevant Documents, In Particular Technical Sheets, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity Or Other Evidence Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Required Parameters. The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Cannot Result In An Increase In The Contractors Remuneration Or A Reduction In The Standard Of Work.
