Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Surface On The Playground In Czarnocin Along With The Construction Of A Gazebo.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Modernization Of The Surface On The Playground In Czarnocin Along With The Construction Of A Gazebo. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Modernization Of The Playground Surface By Changing The Surface From Sand To A Safe Polyurethane Surface With An Area Of 350M2 On Plot No. 1451/2 (District 0004, Czarnocin Commune) 2) Construction Of A Gazebo With An Area Of Up To 35 M2 In The Green Area In The Middle Of The Playground On The Plot No. 1451/2 (District 0004, Czarnocin Commune);3) Carrying Out All Necessary Works Covered By The Design Documentation (Appendix No. 12 To Swz);3. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Conditions Contained In The Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Related To The Implementation Of The Investment; 2) Obtaining On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party (Based On The Power Of Attorney Granted To The Contractor By The Ordering Party) All Necessary Opinions, Agreements On Technical Conditions And Consents; 3) Obtaining Conditions For Possible Protection Or Reconstruction Of Existing Utilities, If Necessary; 4) Carrying Out A Geodetic Inventory As-Built.4. The Investment Area Includes A Plot With Registration Number 1451/2 Rev. 0004, Commune Czarnocin.5. The Investment Does Not Require A Building Permit Or Notification. 6. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Handed Over To The Ordering Party In A Condition Suitable For Immediate Use, After Final Acceptance. Note: The Contractor Will, On His Own, Obtain All Necessary Documents Confirming The Compliance Of The Construction Project With The Requirements Resulting From Separate Regulations.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Hic Test Report; 8. Before Commencing Construction Works, No Later Than 4 Days From The Date Of Signing The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Following Documents To The Ordering Party For Approval: • Technical Card Of The Polyurethane Surface Authorized By The Manufacturer Confirming The Parameters Of The Offered Surface; • Authorization Of The System Manufacturer Authorizing The Installation Of A Specific Polyurethane Surface For A Given Task Along With Confirmation Of The Manufacturers Warranty; • Current Hygienic Certificate Of The National Institute Of Hygiene. The Documents Referred To Above Must Be Concern The Polyurethane Surface System Offered By The Contractor In The Offer.9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Scope Is Described In The Swz And The Attached Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 12 To Swz.10. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least 2-Year Warranty For All Works Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order.
