4.1. The Ordering Party Commissions And The Contractor Accepts A Public Order Consisting In The Performance Of Construction Works Under The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of A Section Of The Municipal Road In Stanisławów Stary, Register No. 69 (Case Reference Number: Riir.271.9.2026). 4.2.4.2.1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Description Of The Investment: The Investment Task Includes The Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road In The Town Of Stanisławów Stary On A Total Section Of Approximately 880 M. In Accordance With The Employers Guidelines, The Roadway Of The Road In Question With A Bituminous Surface, 4.0 M Wide, And A Roadside Made Of Crushed Aggregate, 0.50 M Wide, Were Designed. Along The Entire Section, The Existing Roads Leading To The Property/Plots Were Designed To Be Reconstructed. Pavement Made Of Crushed Aggregate 15M (Location And Width According To The Site Plan Drawing). Additionally, If Necessary, The Existing Concrete Block Ramps Will Be Adjusted In Height Along With The Replacement Of The Curb And Edge (Where Necessary) To The Road Surface After Reconstruction.
