The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build System Entitled: Paving Of The Municipal Road In The Village Of Sajzy, Geod. No. 41/1 With A Length Of 300 Meters. The Order Consists Of: 1) Carrying Out Design Works Together With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And Arrangements, Preparing Materials For Submitting An Application In Order To Obtain Permission From The Competent Authority To Start Construction Works And Obtaining Other Administrative Decisions Necessary To Complete The Task In Question. Investment Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And The Relevant Legal Provisions, 2) Preparing Technical Documentation For The Execution Of Construction Works To The Extent Required To Report The Execution Of Construction Works Based On Art. 29 Section 3 Point 1 Letter D Of The Construction Law Or Construction Permits, 3) Performance Of Construction Works On The Task In Question Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And The Relevant Legal Provisions, 4) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Until The Expiry Of The Warranty For Defects In Construction Works. The Final Effect Of The Order Is To Harden The Municipal Road To The Extent Specified In Accordance With The Developed Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party And Obtained Permits From The Competent Authority To Commence Construction Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With All Information Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program. The Contractor Must Be Aware That The Types Of Works Described In The Fup Are Indicative And Illustrative And May Change After The Development Of Design Documentation (Resulting From The Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Obtained And The Design Solutions Used).
