Klara Jelska In Zakopane. The Subject Of The Order Includes Training Of Staff In The Use Of Medical Equipment. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Delivery Is To Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620), In Particular It Is To Be Marked With The Ce Mark, And If The Conformity Assessment Was Carried Out Under The Supervision Of A Notified Body, The Identification Number Of The Relevant Notified Body Is To Be Placed Next To The Ce Mark.3. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order Is 24 Months From The Date Of Purchase (Date Of The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol). The Offer Should Include Information On The Possibility Of Servicing The Equipment, Including A List Of Entities Authorized By The Manufacturer Or Authorized Representative To Perform Service Activities In Accordance With The Medical Devices Act. In The Event Of Equipment Failure During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Responsible For Servicing The Equipment At The Customers Site Or, If Necessary, For Transporting The Equipment To The Repair Point. Service Response Time From The Moment Of Reporting To The Hotline And The Arrival Of The Service To 24 Hours - On Working Days, From 8.00 A.M. To 5.00 P.M. In The Event Of Irregularities In The Operation Of The Device Lasting Longer Than 14 Days (From The Moment Of Reporting This Irregularity), The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Replacement Equipment Of A Similar Class Free Of Charge Within A Maximum Of 2 Business Days.5. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Accompanied By An Operating Manual In Polish And A Technical Passport For The Device.
