The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Transport And Return Of Children And Students To Educational Institutions In The Łubowo Commune In The Form Of Purchasing Monthly Tickets In The School Year 2026/2027 And 2027/2028 As Part Of Regular Transport. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Tickets Purchased On Individual Routes In Particular Months - Depending On The Number Of Children Using Transport. To Calculate The Public Procurement Price, The Ordering Party Made The Following Assumptions: Estimated Number Of Students: From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027 (Excluding The Period Of Winter And Holiday Breaks And Other Days Free From Teaching Classes): Per Day - Approx. 445, Estimated Number Of Students: From September 1, 2027 To June 23, 2028 (Excluding The Period Of Winter And Holiday Breaks And Other Days Free From Teaching Teaching Classes): Daily - Approx. 445, Transportation Days In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027 - 188 Days, Transportation Days In The Period From September 1, 2027 To June 23, 2028 - 186 Days. The Ordering Party Provides Care For Students And Children - A Guardian - One For Each Bus. The Data Are Estimates And Were Determined On The Date Of Publication Of The Contract Notice; The Ordering Party Reserves That They May Change During The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Every Working Day, Except For Periods Free From Classes: A Minimum Of 3 Technically Efficient Buses With A Minimum Of 59 Seats Each. Buses Used To Perform The Contract Must Be Manufactured In 2008 Or Later (Data From The Registration Certificate), Buses Equipped With Functional Air Conditioning. Approximate Routes, Along With Data On The Number Of Children And The Number Of Stops, Are Included In The Annex To The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires Seats For All Students And Their Guardian.
