The Material Scope Of Construction Works Subject To Supervision Includes Construction, Installation And Finishing Works Of The School Building, Along With Land Development And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.3. Building Parameters Adopted In The Pfu: - The Building Consists Of Segments A And B Connected By A Batten And A Gymnasium With Facilities, - Usable Area Of Segment A And Segment B In Total: 3,120.96 M2 - Usable Area Of The Gymnasium With Facilities In Total: 761.55 M2 - Total Usable Area Of The Building: 3,882.51 M2 4. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Investor Supervision For The Construction Of A Bus Bay Along With Accompanying Works, I.E., Among Others: Installation Of Barriers, Lighting, Network Spacers, Based On The Presented Concept And Conditions Of Zdp.Op-W.4410.40.2026.Jn, Which Constitutes The Basis For The Development Of The Project. As Of The Date Of Initiation Of These Proceedings, It Is Not Covered By A Construction Contract, However, Due To The Conditions Of Zdp.Op-W.4410.40.2026.Jn, Its Execution Is Necessary To Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility Whose Construction Is Subject To Investor Supervision. The Deadline For Completing These Works Will Not Exceed The Contract Completion Date.
