The Scope Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Interior Of The Primary School Building In Leszno Along With Strengthening The Foundations Will Include The Renovation Of The Sanitary Section And The Implementation Of The Necessary Reinforcements Of The Building Foundation Zone Using Geopolymer Injections, Preventing The Renewal Of Defects, I.E. Cracks And Scratches On The Building Walls And Subsidence Of The Building Foundations. The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Renovation Of Selected Classrooms As Indicated In The Project Documentation. 1.2. The Works Include Internal Installations In The Building. The Planned Scope Of Installation Works Is Presented In The Technical Designs For The Electrical And Sanitary Industries.1.3. Any Material Changes Should Be Agreed With The Investors Supervision Inspector And The Ordering Partys Representative.1.4. The Final Color Scheme Of The Rooms Is To Be Agreed With The Facilitys Management Or An Authorized Person At The Stage Of Implementation Works On The Part Of The Ordering Party.1.5. Before Installing Fittings And Other Materials, Written Consent From The Investors Supervision Inspector And The Employers Representative Must Be Obtained.1.6. The Facility Is Not Under Conservation Protection And Is Not Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments.1.7. The Detailed Scope And Type Of Works Are Included In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) For The Construction, Electrical And Sanitary Industries And In The Bill Of Quantities.1.8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain A Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit.
