As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply Environmental And Social Aspects, Including: Minimizing The Level Of Pollutant Emissions, Noise, Water And Electricity Consumption, Removing From The Construction Site All Waste And Packaging Generated During The Execution Of The Works And Their Disposal. The Existing Trees Should Be Preserved As Much As Possible. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Incorporate The Resulting Demolition Material In Consultation With The Ordering Party.
