Joint Milling Machine - 1 Piece, 6. Assortment Of Permanent Connectors Compatible With Milling Machines - 1 Set7. Assortment Of Connectors Compatible With A Milling Machine, Also Enabling The Re-Separation Of Connected Elements - 1 Piece8. Edge Bander – 1 Piece9. Abs Edging – Full Roll For Use With A Jointer – 1 Piece10. Gray Furniture Edge – 10 Pieces, 11. Self-Drilling Furniture Screws, 2 Sets Of 500 Pieces12. Universal Screws For Wood And Furniture Boards, 2 Sets Of 500 Pieces13. Hinge Screws 1 Set 1000 Pieces4.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Division Into Parts: The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Fact That Such A Division Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. Therefore, The Failure To Divide The Contract Was Dictated By Technical And Organizational Reasons And The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Possible Division Of The Contract Into Lots Would Not Increase Competitiveness In The Sector Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises - The Scope Of The Contract Is Typical, Enabling Contractors From The Group Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises To Submit An Offer. According To Recital 78 Of The Directive, The Contracting Authority Should Be Obliged To Consider The Advisability Of Dividing Contracts Into Lots, While Retaining The Freedom To Make Autonomous Decisions On Any Basis It Considers Appropriate, Without Being Subject To Administrative Or Judicial Supervision. The Order Is Part Of A Larger Order For The Purchase And Delivery Of Teaching Aids For The Above-Mentioned Purposes. Project.4.4. Additionally, The Ordering Party Requires: 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Elements In The Indicated Quantities To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Material And Quantity Statement (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz In Rooms And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. 2) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New (Produced No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Submission Of The Offer), In Working Order, Unused, Not Displayed At Exhibitions And Events Fairs, Undamaged And Unencumbered By The Rights Of Third Parties, Safe, Complete, I.E. With All Accessories Necessary For Their Use. The Offered Equipment Must Be Complete And Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases.3) The Contractor Will Provide Such Packaging Of The Equipmen
