1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Transport Service And The Protection Of Guardians During The Journey As Part Of The Task Entitled: Transportation Of Students To Schools In The Susiec Commune In The School Year 2026-2027.2. The Service Will Be Provided From Monday To Friday In The Susiec Commune In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, Excluding School Holidays, I.E. Winter And Summer Holidays, Holiday Breaks And Days Off Approved By The Minister Of National Education As School Holidays. 3. Method Of Providing The Service: Students Will Be Transported/Dropped Off By Standardly Equipped Buses, Technically Efficient, Equipped With A Monitoring Camera, Approved For Traffic In Accordance With Applicable Provisions On Passenger Transport And Properly Marked.4. The Number Of Students Transported To Schools Will Be In Accordance With The Needs Of The Commune, I.E. In 2026/2027 - 243 Students: 1) Public School Complex In Suśiec - 98 Students 2) Public School Complex In Majdan Sopocki Drugi - 65 Students 3) Primary School In Łosiniec - 80 Students The Number Of Students Is Current On The Day Of Announcing The Public Procurement And May Change Slightly During Each Month Of The School Year Change. A Change In The Number Of People Transported Will Not Result In A Change In The Unit Price Specified By The Contractor. 5. The Bus Staff Will Be: 2 People, Including A Licensed Driver And A Guardian Who Will Ensure That Children Can Safely Board The Means Of Transport, Take Care Of Students During Transport, Get To The Appropriate Stop And Get Off Safely At The Destination. The Guardian Should Ensure That Students Are Seated In The Vehicle In A Way That Does Not Pose A Threat To Safety. In The Event Of A Breakdown Of The Vehicle Transporting Students, The Guardian Takes Care Of The Students Ensuring Their Safety Until A Replacement Vehicle Arrives.6. A Tutor Supervises Students During Each Course. A Guardian Is Understood As A Person Other Than The Driver Who Takes Care Of Students During Transport Under This Contract And Meets The Requirements Set Out In The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors.7. Students Guardians Must Be Adults With Full Legal Capacity, Who Have Not Been Punished For Crimes Committed Intentionally, And Who Can Maintain Good Contact With Students Necessary To Ensure Order And Safety During Transport.8. Due To The Care Provided To Students During Transport, The Contractor Is Considered The Organizer Of Care Activities In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 22B Point 2 Of The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors, Therefore The Contractor Will Have Developed Standards For The Protection Of Minors, Which He Will Apply When Providing The Service.9.
