1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Replacing Traffic Light Elements On County Roads In The Mielec Poviat In 2026. The Task Includes, Among Others: Replacement Of Wheel Signals, Replacement Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Signals, Replacement Of The Contrast Screen, Replacement Of Led Inserts In Wheel, Pedestrian And Bicycle Signals, Replacement Of Pedestrian Buttons, Replacement Of The Video Detection System (Video Detection Card, 4 Cameras), Elimination Of The Conditional Right Turn, Replacement Of The Signaling Controller Along With The Design Of The Signaling Program. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Chapter Iii Of This Tor - In Accordance With The Bid Cost Estimate - Annex No. 1. - The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 2 Of Chapter Iii; 2. The Contractor Is Responsible For Proper Security Of The Area And Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party And Third Parties. The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area After Completing The Task.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order;4. The Implementation Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of April 23, 1964, The Civil Code, The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law, And The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law;4. Whenever In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, Order Documentation, In All Items In Which There Are Trademarks, Patents Or Sources Of Origin Of Materials Or Devices, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices, I.E. With No Worse Technical Parameters, And The Indicated Products Or Devices Should Be Treated As Exemplary Solutions. The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood As Meaning That They Will Guarantee The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order And Will Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Technical Documentation. 5. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And The System Of Technical References Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And 3 Of The Pzp, When Ordering, The Ordering Party Shall Indicate In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4, That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Obligation To Include In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Technical Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And To Demonstrate The Provision Of Equivalence Parameters Lies With The Contractor. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present, Along With The Offer, Evidence Of The Equivalence Of The Products Offered By Him In Relation To Those Specified In The Technical Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (E.G. Product Catalog Cards, Technical De
