1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Conduct Of Five Field Workshops Combined With Outdoor And Mass Classes For A Total Of 120 Students In The Field Of Integration, Building Partnerships And Preventing Various Types Of Discrimination (Hereinafter Referred To As Workshops/Classes).2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Organization And Conduct Of Workshops During Five Separate Trips To Szklarska Poręba (Each Trip Will Last 5 Days) - For Students Of The School Complex No. 18 In Wrocław, Aged 15-18, Studying At The Technical Secondary School And The Vocational School In Professions In The Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Refrigeration And Air-Conditioning Industries And The Field Of Renewable Energy Sources. Note: Each Trip, During Which The Workshops Constituting The Subject Of This Order Will Be Carried Out Are Scheduled On Separate Dates (Therefore, It Is Not Possible To Carry Out All Five Workshops At One Time). The Ordering Party Will Present The Detailed Dates And Facilities Where The Workshops Will Be Held To The Contractor At Least 2-3 Months Before The Planned Date Of Their Implementation. Note: The Ordering Party Does Not Provide Persons Designated To Complete The Order With Travel To And From Szklarska Poręba, Accommodation, Food And Other Costs Relating To Their Stay In Szklarska Poręba During The Implementation Of The Workshops (Including Entry Tickets To Public Facilities Where Practical Outdoor And Mass Classes Will Be Conducted, The Organization Of Which Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor In Accordance With Point 5.1 And The Course Of Which Is Planned In The Program Referred To In Point 8), Insurance, Fees Road And Parking) - These Costs Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.3. Workshops Referred To In Section 1, Will Be Implemented For A Total Of 120 Students - 5 Groups (Each Group Will Consist Of An Average Of 24 Students And 2 Teachers). Each Student Will Be A Member Of Only One Training Group.4. The Classes Will Be Carried Out In Two Forms: A) Joint Practical Workshop Classes, Which Will Each Include Training And A Test Confirming The Acquired Knowledge; B) Joint Practical Outdoor And Mass Classes, Which Will Each Include Practical Classes. 5. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: 1) In The Scope Of Practical Classes (Organize And Cover The Costs) - Entry Tickets For An Average Of 24 Students And 2 Teacher Guardians To Public Utility Facilities (Offices, Cultural, Sports, Tourism, Recreation Facilities) Located Only In Szklarska Poręba 2) In The Scope Of Carrying Out Workshops And Practical Classes, Materials And Training Aids Necessary To Conduct Them, Legal Software. 6. The Classes Will Be Carried Out For A Total Of 220 Hours - 44 Hours For Each Group, Including: A) A Total Of 160 Hours Of Stationary Workshop Classes - For Each Group, 32 Hours In The Form Of 5 Meetings Lasting On Individual, Consecutive Days: 4H+8H+8H+8H+4H Of Classes; B) A T
