The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of 2 Multi-Family Residential Buildings (Up To 72 Apartments) On A Plot Owned By The Commune And The City Of Jastrowie, With The Location Of U-1 Category Protection Places On The Underground Floor, Along With Obtaining Opinions And Arrangements Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit. The Buildings Will Be Public Facilities. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project In Accordance With The Law (Construction Law) And To Carry Out Tender Procedures. It Must Be Compliant With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002. On The Technical Conditions That Buildings And Their Location Should Meet (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1225). In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct An Inventory Of The Existing Condition For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order And To Provide All Legally Required Arrangements For The Design Documentation. Map For Design Purposes In The Scope Of The Contractor. The Prepared Documentation Must Meet The Conditions Set Out In The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Civil Protection And Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1907) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of February 21, 2025 On The Criteria For Recognizing Buildings Or Their Parts As Protective Structures (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 235). Note: The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Decisions, Arrangements, Permits/Notifications Required By Law Enabling The Implementation Of Investment Plans And To Submit Them To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order.
