The Subject Of The Order Are Services For The Protection Of Persons And Property During Events, Including Mass Ones, Organized By The Ordering Party Related To The Playing Of Football Matches With The Participation Of The Audience As Part Of League Games And The Polish Cup, The Mens Senior Football Team Of The Mks Puszcza Niepołomice Club. This Involves Securing The Stadium Where Sports Sections Will Play Host Matches, As Well As Ensuring The Safety Of People On The Premises During Mass Events In Accordance With The Act Of March 20, 2009. On The Safety Of Mass Events (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 616, Amended).2. It Is The Contractors Obligation To Familiarize Himself With The Schedule Of Games In Which The First Mens Senior Team Of The Mks Puszcza Niepołomice Club Participates. The Dates Given In The Schedules Are Subject To Change.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With The Municipal Stadium In Niepołomice At Ul. Kusocińskiego 2, 32-005 Niepołomice, Their Infrastructure, Technical Equipment, Applicable Regulations Related To The Use Of Stadiums.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Secure The Matches, Ensuring The Number Of Members Of The Security And Information Services Required In Accordance With The Law, The Decision Authorizing The Organization Of A Mass Event And The Recommendations Of The Security Manager Appointed By The Ordering Party.5. Orders Will Be Placed Electronically Within 48 Hours. Before The Match To The E-Mail Address.6. The Order Will Include Information On 1) The Stadium Where The Match Will Be Played, 2) The Stands That Will Be Made Available To Fans And Are Therefore Subject To Security And Protection, 3) Information Whether The Match Is A High-Risk Match, 7. The Service On The Day Of The Match Consists Of Activities In Accordance With The Schedule, Including: 1) Arrival Of Security At The Facility (2.5 Hours Before The Start Of The Football Match), 2) Briefing Between The Security Manager And The Commander Of The Security Services, 3) Deployment Of Employees (Cleaning And Information Services) At The Facility And Entrusting Them With Tasks, 4) Opening The Stadium Gates, 5) Performing Duties Of Protecting People And Property Until The End Of The Match And The Home Fans And Fans Leaving The Stadium Guests.8. The Service Will Be Provided By The Contractor Throughout The Entire Stadium - In Individual Sectors, As Well As In The Vip/Sky Box Zone. Options For Organizing Security Work1.
