Part I Providing Road Transport Services For Participants Of A 7-Day Therapeutic Camp For Children And Youth From Foster Care And Foster Families From The Mrągowo District.1. Completion Date: From August 15 To August 31, 20262. The Trip Is To Be Organized In Attractive Tourist Towns By The Polish Seaside, Up To 400 Km From Mrągowo.3. The Order Price For The Transport Service Includes Not Less Than:1) The Order Covers The Transport Of 48 Participants Along With Personal Accident Insurance For The Duration Of The Trip.2) The Order Covers The Transport Of Participants From The Place In Mrągowo Designated By The Ordering Party To The Place Of Stay And From The Place Of Stay After Its Completion To The Designated Place In Mrągowo By A Coach Equipped With Air Conditioning.3) The Contractor Will Provide A Means Of Transport Adapted To The Number Of People And Meeting The Technical And Safety Requirements In Accordance With Applicable Law, I.E. Regulation Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment And Pursuant To Art. 63 Section 1 Of The Road Traffic Law.4. Additional Requirements:1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current License To Perform Domestic Road Transport Of Passengers In Accordance With The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport;2) The Vehicle Must Be Technically Efficient, Insured And Meet The Requirements For The Transport Of Persons;3) Persons Directed By The Contractor To Carry Out The Order Should Have Professional Qualifications Appropriate To The Subject Of The Order, Qualifications, An Appropriate Driving License And Psycho-Physical Fitness, And Their Working Time Must Be Consistent With The Regulations On Working Time Drivers;4) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Report The Inspection Of The Vehicle Provided By The Contractor To The Appropriate Services;5) If The Vehicle Provided By The Contractor Does Not Meet Specific Requirements Or Is Unsuitable For Use For Other Reasons (E.G. Damage, Breakdown), In Particular, In The Event Of A Failure During The Provision Of The Service, The Contractor Should Provide A Replacement Vehicle Of The Same Or Higher Standard. In The Case Referred To Above, The Departure Of The Replacement Vehicle Will Take Place Immediately After Notification; 6) In The Event Of A Failure During The Provision Of The Service, Which Cannot Be Repaired Within 2 Hours From The Time Of Occurrence, And The Contractor Is Unable To Provide A Replacement Vehicle Of The Same Or Higher Standard, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide And Cover The Costs Of Accommodation Of The Ordering Party Until The Repair Or Provision Of A New Vehicle.
