The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Of Buses And Coaches With A Driver To Transport Disabled Students And Their Guardian To The Following Schools: 1) Task No. 6: A) Route No. 1 To: - Primary School No. 8 (Primary School 8) At Ul. Wajdy 7;- Primary School No. 42 (Primary School 42) At Ul. Gagarina 2;- Special Primary School No. 39 (Sps39) At Ul. Wolskiego 10; - Special School Complex No. 42 At Ul. Sienkiewicza 43 In Zabrze;B) Route No. 2 To: - Primary School No. 8 (Primary School 8) At Ul. Wajdy 7; - Special Primary School No. 38 (Sps38) At Ul. Damrota 33;C) Route No. 3 To: - Special Primary School No. 39 (Sps39) At Ul. Wolskiego 10;- Primary School No. 14 (Primary School 14) At Ul. Gdańska 10; D) Route No. 4 To: - Primary School No. 8 (Primary School 8) At Ul. Wajdy 7; - Special Primary School No. 38 (Sps38) At Ul. Damrota 33;- Special Primary School No. 39 (Sps39) At Ul. Wolskiego 10;For Each Route, The Contractor Employs At Least One Driver And One Supervisor. The Ordering Party Requires That The Driver And Caregiver Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order Have The Capacity To Perform Civil Legal Acts And Have Experience In Caring For Disabled Children And Are Employed Under An Employment Contract. The Ordering Party Allows An Exception To The Above. Provision In Circumstances Where The Contractor Running A Business Will Personally Provide The Delivery Service As A Vehicle Driver Or Guardian. 2.
