The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel Courses And Change Delivery And Pick-Up Hours After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor Three Days In Advance.4. Transport Will Take Place On Weekdays From Monday To Friday, Excluding School Holidays.5. In Individual Cases, During The School Year, The Contractor May Provide The Transport Service On Another Day (E.G. In The Case Of A Day Off On Saturday).6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Number Of Days Of Transporting Children During The Order Execution Period Is 187 Days, Including 79 Days In 2026 And 108 Days In 2027.7. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Transport Days Referred To Above Is The Maximum And May Be Reduced. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Financial Claims On This Account.
