Robust galvanised or corrosion-protected steel frame and wall construction. Weatherproof roof with adequate drainage. Fully insulated walls and roof using minimum 40 mm polyurethane (PU) or equivalent insulation. Floor constructed from moisture-resistant board with durable vinyl floor covering suitable for commercial office use. Interior finished with washable, easy-to-maintain wall lining. Doors One (1) outward-opening steel personnel door. Door fitted with: o Heavy-duty security lock. o External lock box (lock protector). o Security gate or burglar bar. One (1) lock and two (2) sets of keys to be supplied with each unit. Windows Two (2) steel-framed pop-up or top-hung windows, each approximately 1200 mm × 1500 mm. Windows to provide adequate ventilation. Internal transparent or clear acrylic security screens/shields fitted to each window to minimise weather ingress while allowing visibility. Ventilation Minimum of two (2) fixed ventilation grilles positioned on opposite sides of the container to promote airflow.
