Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of the Al-Mashqala and Dhahr Al-Jamal Water Projects Hajjah Governorate Project Name: Rehabilitation of the Al-Mashqala and Dhahr Al-Jamal Water Projects Qutbah District, Abs Directorate, Hajjah Governorate for the year 2026 Tender guarantee value 2.5% of the bid value Bidding requirements: All tender documents are to be downloaded from the link below, filled in with all data, certified with the company seal, and submitted in an envelope sealed with red wax and labeled with the name of the entity/Qatar Charity, the name and number of the tender, and the name of the bidder, and delivered to the main office of the association in Sanaa at the address of the Qatar Charity Association office in Yemen (Sanaa Al-Salami neighborhood behind Hadda Post Office next to the FAO headquarters). The following is attached to the bid: An unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee or certified check for the amount specified in the table above, valid from the date of bid opening, is required as a bid bond demonstrating the suppliers capability and readiness. The bid bond must be submitted in the same currency as specified above; any bid submitted in a different currency will be disqualified. 2. Valid commercial registration. 3. Valid tax card. 4. Valid zakat card. 5. Valid professional license. Important instructions: No bid will be accepted unless it meets the conditions stated above. Bids must be submitted in US dollars by filling out Annex A Financial Offer Form and any offer in any other currency will be disregarded. The bidder must carefully study all instructions, conditions, scope of work, technical specifications, and forms contained in the tender documents. Any failure to provide all the required documents and information will be the responsibility of the bidder and may lead to the exclusion of their bid. Any bid submitted after the deadline for submitting bids will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened. The supplier must attach a profile showing previous experience and contracts in the same field. Special conditions : The price must include all legal deductions and any other costs. The supplier is not permitted to substitute, delete, or alter any of the services and benefits after being awarded the bid. Any such alteration will result in the rejection of their offer, termination of the contract, transfer to the next supplier, and forfeiture of their bid security. Qatar Charity is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any other price. The supplier is committed to delivering offers during official working hours between 8 am and 3 pm, and no offers will be received outside of working hours.
