Quotation are invited for Supply of Food Parcels Supplier. Closing Date: Friday, 10. Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Food & Nutrition Skoun is currently implementing the project "Violence Prevention & MHPSS for Refugees & Structurally Discriminated Population Groups Affected by Violence in Lebanon" in partnership with GIZ and commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Skoun invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of food parcels in accordance with the attached technical specifications and offer form. Important Notes The requested quantities are subject to change. Payment will be processed within 4 days following successful delivery, submission of an official legal invoice, and acceptance of the goods. Payment will be made via bank transfer or bank letter in fresh US dollars. Any bank charges incurred when withdrawing funds are the sole responsibility of the supplier. If prices include VAT, the VAT amount must be clearly indicated on the quotation and invoice. Suppliers offering competitive prices that meet the required specifications may be requested to submit product samples before the final award. Suppliers must strictly comply with the requested specifications, quantities, and descriptions of all items. All invoices must be official and legally compliant. Any defective or damaged items must be replaced by the supplier at no additional cost. Quotations must remain valid for a minimum period of 60 days from the submission deadline. Failure to comply with any of the above requirements may result in disqualification of the quotation. Bidders must submit the following mandatory documents: Official Company Registration Certificate Ministry of Finance Registration Number VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable) Copy of the Owners Identification Document Skoun reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and to relaunch the procurement process if no satisfactory offers are received. Skoun reserves the right to award the contract to one supplier or multiple suppliers, as deemed appropriate. Skoun reserves the right not to award the RFQ. The delivery timeline is critical, as the procurement is part of an emergency response project.
