AMC FOR MILLI Q IQ 7005 SN F3JB37862I RO WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM P.M INCLUDES THE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE EXECUTED BY THE SERVICE ENGIN EER ONTHE EQUIPMENT, AT THE PRE-SPECIFIED TIME FRAME. THE PURPOSE OF P.M WOULDBE TO MINIMIZE THE DOWNTIME OF THE EQUIPMENT. THE DATE AND TIMING OF PMVISITS WILL BE MUTUALLY AGREED UPONWHILE PERFORMING SCHEDULED INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE UNDER THE TERMS OFPREVENTIVE M AINTENANCE VISITS THE FOLLOWING PARTS WILL BE INSPECTED ORPARAMETERS CHECKED AND ADJUSTED IF REQUIRED,INSPECTION OF ELECTRICAL PARTS ,INSPECTION OF MECHANICAL AND HYDRAULIC PARTS,INSPECTION OF EXTERNAL TUBING AND PUMP, CONNECTORS, CHECKING OFELECTRICAL AND HYDRAULI C, PARAMETERS CHECKING OF QUALITY PARAMETERS,ALL CONSUMABLES SHALL BE SUPPLIED AND REPLACED BY VENDOR.BREAK DOWN SERVICE CALLA SERVI CE CALL INCLUDES THE ROUTINE EXECUTED BY THE SERVICE ENGINEER ONTHE EQUIPMENT, WHICH IS MALFUNCTIONING OR NOT WORKING AT THE TIME OF THESERVICE REQUESTTHE PURPOSE OF SERVICE CALL IS TO INVESTIGATE THE CAUSE OF BREAKDOWN ORMALFUNCTIONING OF THE INSTRUMENT & PERFORM REPAIRS ON THE SAME.
