With This Market Consultation, Rvo Wants To Receive Information Regarding The Size And Competence Of The Supplier Market For Experts For The Implementation Of Loket Advice Stale Emissions (Las). Rvo, On Behalf Of The Ministry Of Infrastructure And Water Management, Supports The Implementation Of The Environmental Regulations. Since The Introduction Of The Environmental Act, The Ammonia Livestock Farming Regulations (Rav) Have Become Part Of A Permit Application. Since Then, Rvo Is No Longer Authorized To Issue Test Stable Decisions; One Can Only Request Advice From Rvo About The Expected Emissions From Innovative Systems. Since 2024, This Request For Advice Has Been Covered By The Advice Desk For Stable Emissions (Las). Rvo Provides The Secretariat For The Las And The Technical Advice Pool (Tap). Within The Environmental Regulations And The Rav, Requests Are Submitted To Rvo Relating To Ammonia Emissions, Particulate Matter Emissions And Odor Emissions From Livestock Farming Systems On Which Tap Advises. The Tap Supports Rvo In Preparing The Advice And Consists Of External Experts In This Field. The Estimated Order Value For The Preparation Of The Advice By The Tap Is € 160,000 Excluding Vat Per Year. If The Future Contract Is Put Out To Tender, This Will Probably Be For A Period Of 3 Years (2027 To 2029). This Means That The Total Estimated Order Value For The Future Order Is Approximately €480,000 Excluding Vat. The Estimate Of The Assignment Value Is Based On Expenditure In Recent Years, With A Small Decrease In The Number Of Recommendations To Be Drawn Up. -
