The Client Also Wants To Have The Opportunity To Use The Agreement For Places With Playground Equipment Other Than Those Mentioned Above, Either By New Ones Being Permanently Incorporated Into The Agreement During The Agreement Period Or By Individual Assignments As Needed. This Procurement Does Not Include The Annual Checks Of The Playground Equipment. The Municipality Has Its Own Framework Agreements For Checking The Equipment. A Supplier Who Carries Out Checks Or Inspections Of Playground Equipment For The Client Cannot Be Awarded A Contract For The Maintenance Of The Same Playground Equipment During The Contract Period. The Same Applies If The Supplier Uses A Subcontractor Who Performs Control Or Inspection Services For The Client On The Same Playgrounds. On The Basis Of Last Years Consumption, A Total Annual Withdrawal Of Approx. Nok 2 Million Excluding Vat. Annual Withdrawal Will Depend On Economic Framework Conditions, Political Decisions And The Market Situation In General. Maximum Total Withdrawal For The Framework Agreement Is Nok 10 Million Excluding Vat. The Principal May Terminate The Agreement Without Compensation When The Maximum Withdrawal Has Been Reached. The Duration Of The Contract Is 4 (Four) Years From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Unless It Is Terminated By The Principal. The Client Has The Right To Terminate The Agreement With 6 (Six) Months Written Notice.
