Tenders Are Invited For Cataract Cutting Machine Ultrasonic Handles

The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Sign A Framework Contract For The Purchase Of Ultrasonic Handles For A Cataract Cutting Machine (Hereafter Also Referred To As Goods Or Products). The Technical Description Is Presented In Appendix 1. Dividing The Procurement Into Parts Would Be Unreasonable, Since The Subject Of The Framework Contract Are Similar Products And Necessary To Achieve The Same Goal. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For The Purchase Of Goods Under The Conditions Of Annex 2 For Two Years From The Conclusion Of The Agreement Or Until The Maximum Value Of The Agreement Is Fulfilled, Depending On Which Circumstance Occurs Earlier. The Expected Quantities Indicated In Annex 1 Are Based On The Previous Experience Of The Procurer And Are Not Binding For The Execution Of The Framework Contract. The Supplier Orders Products According To The Actual Need Arising From The Provision Of Healthcare Services. The Procurer Has The Right To Increase The Quantity Of Purchased Goods By 30% Of The Bid Price, Which Is Also The Maximum Price Of The Contract. The Object Of The Procurement Also Includes Conducting Training On The Use Of The Offered Product At The Request Of The Procurer.
