Under Separate Position No. 2 - Comprehensive Banking Services Of The Pomorie, Pavel Banya And Banite Village Branches - Reg. Smolyan: Performing All Banking Operations Related To The Companys Activities For The Respective Branch, As Well As Internet Banking. Under Separate Position No. 3 - Comprehensive Banking Services For The Narechen, Hisarya, Sandanski And Banya, Karlovo Branches: Performing All Banking Operations Related To The Companys Activities For The Respective Branch, As Well As Internet Banking. Under Separate Position No. 4 - Comprehensive Banking Services For The Velingrad, Momin Prohod And Bankya Branches: Performing All Banking Operations Related To The Companys Activities For The Respective Branch, As Well As Internet Banking. Under Separate Position No. 5 - Comprehensive Banking Services For The Varshets, Kyustendil And Ovcha Mogila Branches: Performing All Banking Operations Related To The Companys Activities For The Respective Branch, As Well As Internet Banking. In View Of The Application Of Art. 28, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Law On Public Enterprises, The Net Exposure Of The Contracting Authority To Each Of The Banks With Which It Will Conclude Contracts For Banking Services For Specific Items, Will Not Exceed 25 Percent Of The Total Amount Of The Contracting Authoritys Cash. The Quantities Of Financial Services - The Subject Of The Public Procurement For The Specific Positions Cannot Be Predicted. The Types Of Financial Services Are Indicated In The Technical Specification Of The Order For Each Of The Individual Items. The Contracting Authority Will Pay Only The Requested And Provided Quantities Of The Relevant Type Of Financial Service. The Contracting Authority Has The Right Not To Use All The Financial Services Laid Down In The Technical Specification For The Individual Items.
