The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: – Activity 1 — Preparation Of Investment Projects In The Technical Project Phase; – Activity 2 — Implementation Of Smr (Construction And Installation Works) According To An Approved Investment Project; – Activity 3 — Exercising Author Supervision During Construction. Construction Category: 4Th Category According To Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. The Implementation Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specification, The Draft Contract And The Applicable Regulations. ​​​​​​​
