The Current Public Procurement Is Subject To Construction - Design And Implementation Of Construction, And According To Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 1 In Conjunction With Art. 176-181 Of The Public Procurement Act, Will Be Awarded Through A Public Competition To Determine A Contractor For A Public Contract In Accordance With Chapter Twenty-Five Of The Public Procurement Act. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: Activity 1 — Preparation Of Investment Projects In The Technical Design Phase; Activity 2 — Implementation Of Smr (Construction And Installation Works) According To An Approved Investment Project; Activity 3 — Exercising Author Supervision During Construction. Construction Category: 5Th Category According To Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of Types Of Construction.​​​​ The Implementation Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specification, The Draft Contract And The Applicable Regulations.
