The Current Public Procurement Includes The Following Specific Items: 1. Separate Position No. 2: Engineering: Design, Construction And Authors Supervision Of A Childrens Playground In Bogatovo Village, Sevlievo Municipality; 3. ​​​​Special Position No. 3: Engineering: Design, Construction And Authors Supervision Of A Childrens Playground In Berievo Village, Sevlievo Municipality; 4. Separate Position No. 4: Engineering: Design, Construction And Authors Supervision Of A Childrens Playground In Chernički Park, Town Of Sevlievo And 5. Separate Position No. 5: Engineering: Design, Construction And Authors Supervision Of A Fitness Area In Gradnitsa Village, Sevlievo Municipality. The Separation Of This Separate Position Is Carried Out Under The Conditions Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Namely: The Estimated Value Of The Item Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 Excluding Vat, The Value Of The Separate Item No. 5 Awarded In This Way Represents 14.98 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In View Of The Above, No Bids Are Submitted For Specific Position No. 5. Participants In The Procedure Can Submit Bids For Specific Positions No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 And No. 4. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of Each Of The Individual Positions: Activity 1: Design-Preparation Of An Investment Technical Project. The Design Development For Each Specific Position Should Include The Following Parts: Part Architecture, Part Geodesy /Vertical Planning/, Part Constructive, Part Pbz, Part Puso, Part Accounting Documentation. The Main Goal Of The Project Is To Create Conditions For Improving The Quality Of Public Areas, Increasing The Attractiveness Of The Neighborhood, The Quality And Comfort Of Living. Developments In The Project Must Be Aimed At: - Allocation Of An Outdoor Playground; - Providing An Accessible Environment, Including For People With Disabilities; - Provision Of Park Furniture; - Provision Of Childrens Facilities For Outdoor Play For Children From 0 To 12 Years Old; The Project Must Provide For Products (Materials And Products) That Correspond To The Technical Specifications Of The Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Project Should Demonstrate The Need To Remove Vegetation Affected By Future Smrs And Those In Poor Condition, Dangerous To Peoples Health And Life. Activity 2: Smr – Implementation Of Smr (Construction And Installation Works) According To An Approved Investment Project; Activity 3: Exercising Author Supervision During Construction.
