The Contracting Authority Announces The Present Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract By Conducting A Public Competition On The Basis Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 12, In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 2. Item 2 Of The Law On Public Procurement. The Activities, The Subject Of The Order, Are Expressed In The Supply Of Net Amounts Of Electrical Energy And The Selection Of A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Strelcha. The Delivery Is Carried Out At The Sites Of The Contracting Authority, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity That Will Be Supplied For The Term Of The Contract Is Determined On The Basis Of The Consumed Quantities For The Last 12 /Twelve/ Months For All The Sites Of The Contracting Party. The Amount Of Consumption For The Previous Months Is Indicated For Each Of The Objects In The Technical Specification.
