Separate Position No. 4: Implementation Of Construction Supervision For Construction: Construction For Reconstruction And Major Repair Of Streets And Sidewalks In The Village Of Ovchartsi» The Subject Of The Specific Positions Includes The Following Activities For Each Of The Constructions: - Exercising Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, Including Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Put Into The Construction, Which Ensures The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On The Technical Requirements For Products, As Well As Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Construction Is Put Into Operation, Including Control Of The Quantities, Quality And Compliance Of The Construction And Installation Works Performed With The Contract For The Execution Of The Construction Under The Relevant Separate Position; - Fulfilling The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator According To The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works, Incl. Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Mentioned Ordinance; - Preparation Of A Final Report On The Construction, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Equipment And Construction Sites, And An Updated Technical Passport For The Construction Pursuant To Art. 176A Of Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On Technical Passports Of Constructions; - Management Of Commissioning Processes Until The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Commissioning/Permit To Use; - Bearing Responsibility Under Art. 168, Para. 7 Of The Zut Until The Expiration Of The Warranty Periods For The Relevant Types Of Smr. The Implementation Of The Activities, Subject To The Specific Positions Of The Public Procurement, Should Be Carried Out In A Qualitative And Timely Manner, In Full Accordance With The Current Regulations And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority.
