Invitations To Submit Tenders Under The Scheme Will Mainly Apply To Minor Investment And Maintenance Projects, Based On The At Any Given Time Applicable Action And Financial Plan, And Will Mainly Be Carried Out As Execution Contracts Or Builder-Developed Turnkey Contracts.
