This Consultation Constitutes A Study Order And Releases The Co-Insurers From Their Obligations Towards The Current Insurer. No Insurer Or Intermediary Can Claim Any Exclusivity Or Priority Based Solely On The Principle Of Priority Of Referral To Insurers Which Would Be Considered Contrary To Free Competition. The Consultation Went Through Procedure With Negotiation In Application Of Articles L. 2124-3, R.2124-3, R2161-12 To R2161-20 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Will Be Awarded With Prior Negotiation Due To Specific Circumstances Linked To The Legal And Financial Arrangement In Accordance With Article R.2124-3, 4° Of The Public Procurement Code. This Procedure Is Broken Down Into Two Successive Phases: Phase 1: The Public Call For Competition, The Purpose Of Which Is To Establish The List Of Candidates Admitted To Submit An Offer. Phase 2: Candidates Admitted To Submit An Offer Are Invited To Submit Their Offer. The Consultation Will Give Rise To An Ordinary Market. This Contract Is Concluded With A Single Economic Operator.
