Over A Term Of Four (4) Contract Years, This Amounts To A Total Of Approximately € 1,400,000 Excluding Vat And Price Indexation. The Size Described Above Is Based On Historical Figures Over Recent Years And Provides An Indication Of The Expected Size. However, The Future Needs Within The Municipalities Are And Remain Unpredictable, Because They Involve Unexpected Events That Deviate From Standard Business Activities And Cannot Be Estimated In Advance. The Nature, Scale And Cause Of Incidents Can Therefore Vary Greatly, Which Makes The Scale Unpredictable. The Actual Size May Be Lower Or Higher Than The Size Estimated Above. Therefore, The Maximum Size Of The Entire Contract Has Been Set At An Estimated Value, Namely € 2,000,000 Excluding Vat For The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement.
