This Is A Specialized Vehicle, Equipped With Double Tires And Equipped With A Triple Boom Lifting Arm With A Tiltrotator At The End, On Which Various Workpieces Can Be Attached. This Multifunctional Tool Will Be Used For The Maintenance Of Canals In The Public Domain, Minor Sewerage Works, Road Repairs, General Earthworks And The Digging Of Graves In Cemeteries. The Assignment Also Includes A Mandatory Option Regarding The Maintenance Of The Tire Crane. This Option Concerns The Performance Of Periodic Maintenance And The Provision Of Service In The Event Of Defects. If The Contracting Authority Decides To Exercise This Option, A Maintenance Contract Will Be Concluded For An Initial Period Of One Year. This Contract Is Then Tacitly Renewed For Successive Periods Of One Year Each, Unless Notice Is Given, And This Up To A Maximum Of Five Times. The Total Maximum Term Of The Maintenance Contract Is Therefore Six Years. A Free Demo Of The Tire Crane Offered Must Also Be Organized By The Registering Company. The Tire Crane To Be Delivered Must Be New And Meet At Least The Technical Provisions, As Included In The Specifications, Which Will Only Be Provided To The Selected Candidates, As Well As The Most Recent Technical And Quality Standards. The Tenderer Will Have To Demonstrate The Conformity Of The Offered Tire Crane With These Requirements During A Mandatory Demonstration (Demo), Which Will Take Place After The Selection Phase At A Time And Location Determined By The Contracting Authority. Participation In This Demonstration, As Well As Compliance With The Established Time And Location, Is A Substantial Requirement Of The Assignment. Failure To Comply With This May Lead To The Determination Of A Substantial Irregularity In The Quotation. The Further Modalities Regarding The Demonstration Will Be Explained In The Specifications.
