Vocational Rehabilitation Services – Measure For Activation And Professional Integration In Accordance With Section 16 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 No. 2 Sgb Ii I. V. M. § 45 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 And 3 Sgb Iii - Activation And Placement Measure With Internship At The Flensburg Location. The Aim Of The Measure Is To Place Participants In Work Or Training. Personal Barriers Should Be Reduced And Existing Individual Resources Should Be Used. The Aim Is Not Only To Achieve Activation, But Also The Personal Development Of The Participants. In Order To Achieve These Goals, An Integral Part Of The Measure Is Practical Testing As Part Of A Measure With The Employer (Internship). This Is Mandatory For All Participants. In Addition, All Participants Should Prepare Meaningful Application Documents That Will Be Made Available To Both Case Management And Customers. The Aim Is To Improve The Job Search Behavior And Application Activities Of The Participants. Preparation For Interviews And Other Skills To Optimize Applicant Behavior Must Be Included.
