The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery Of A New Surface Transport Management System (Řspd) For The Vehicle Fleet Operated By The Contracting Authority (Buses, Trolleybuses, Trams) And Subsequent Support And Development For A Period Of 20 Years. The Surface Transport Management System (Řspd) Will Be A System For All Urban Mass Surface Transport Tractions Operated By The Contracting Authority, Enabling The Efficient Management Of Surface Public Transport Operations Operated By The Contracting Authority. The Řspd Will Operate In Real Time In A 24/7 Mode With High Availability And Will Ensure A High Level Of Cyber Security, Data Protection And Services, While Respecting All Requirements Of Czech And Eu Legislation, Especially Regarding The Operation Of Public Road And Rail Transport, Personal Data Protection And Privacy Protection And Cyber Security. Řspd Should In Particular Include: Traffic Control Based On Ongoing Traffic, Automated Data Flow Control And Their Mediation Between Vehicles And Dispatch Systems, Traffic Information (Schedule, Vehicle Movements, Personnel In Traffic), Communication In Different Directions (Possibility Of Communication Between Driver And Dispatcher, Vehicle And Dispatch), Emergency Control, Communication (Management Of Crisis Situations Related To Traffic, Vehicle), Provision Of Data For Further Processing To Other Systems, Automatic Implementation Processes And Evaluation Based On Operational Data By The Control System, Vehicle Information (Energy Management, Vehicle Condition). As Of 31/12/2025, The Customers Fleet Consisted Of 1,192 Buses, 38 Trolleybuses And 794 Trams. Trakce Operates 155 Bus Lines, 36 Tram Lines And 2 Trolleybus Lines.
