The Tenderer Draws The Tenderers Attention To The Fact That Only Motor Vehicles Of The Same Brand And Type, As Well As With The Same Engine Capacity And Power, Can Be Offered. Passenger Cars Can Only Be New. In This Regard, A New Vehicle Is Considered To Be A Vehicle That Was Not Put On The Market Either In Hungary Or Abroad, Was Not A Demonstration Vehicle, Or Was Not Used As A Test Vehicle. The Successful Tenderer Is Obliged To Hand Over The Vehicles To The Tenderer When They Have Been Put Into Operation, In A Condition Suitable For Road Traffic And Intended Use. The Offeror Must Deliver And Take Possession Of The Vehicles Agreed In His Offer No Later Than 150 Days After The Contract Enters Into Force. The Contracting Authority Notes That The Mileage Indicated In The Technical Description Has Been Recorded As A Technical Minimum Requirement, And The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Use It To A Greater Extent. In Case Of Possible Overrunning Of The Vehicles, The Tenderer May Not Demand Payment From The Tenderer. After The Entry Into Force Of The Contract, The Tenderer Must Provide Vehicles Of The Same Or Higher Category (12 Units) With A History Of The Same Or Higher Category Until The Delivery Deadline Of The Vehicles Actually Offered In His Offer (From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract To The Date Of Handing Over Possession). The Requirement For 6 Station Wagons And 6 Sedans Does Not Apply To Previous Vehicles. The Requirements For Pre-Owned Vehicles: - Their Age Must Not Exceed 4 Years (From The Date Of Commissioning) And Their Mileage Must Not Exceed 120,000 Kilometers At The Time Of Handing Over To The Tenderer, - They Must Be Smoke-Free, - They Must Be Preserved And In Good Condition Both Inside And Out. The Tenderer Is Also Obliged To Provide Fleet Management Services With Regard To Historical Vehicles. The Winning Bidder Provides The Old Vehicles Against The Monthly Fee Of The New Vehicles Actually Offered. The Tenderer Must Hand Over The Historical Vehicles To The Contracting Authority Within 30 Calendar Days After The Entry Into Force Of The Contract.
