Roadworks – Renewal Of Surfaces By Pms Program On The Non-Structural Road Network Of The Namur Roads Department In The Road Districts Of Floreffe, Ciney, Sinsin And Gedinne. This Contract Is A Works Contract. This Contract Is A Single-Contractor Framework Agreement Which Aims To Repair Degraded Surfaces By Pms (Pavement Management System) Program On The Non-Structural Road Network Managed By The Namur Roads Department In The Territory Of The Road Districts Of Floreffe, Ciney, Sinsin And Gedinne. The Required Services Are The Subject Of Orders Placed By The Contracting Authority, According To Its Needs, And In Accordance With The Terms Of These Special Specifications. The Minimum Amount Of All Market Orders Is €1,500,000 Incl. Vat For The Total Duration Of The Market. The Maximum Amount Of All Market Orders Is €8,000,000 Including Vat For The Total Duration Of The Market. The Amounts Quoted Above Are Excluding Revisions. Nb: The Conclusion Of The Contract Does Not Give Any Exclusivity Rights To The Successful Bidder. Beneficiaries Can Have Services Identical Or Similar To Those Described In These Special Specifications Carried Out By Other Companies Or By Their Own Services. The Successful Bidder Cannot Claim Any Compensation On This Account. This Contract Has 2 Divisions Relating To The Timing Of The Services To Be Performed: Division 1: Relating To The Work To Be Carried Out On The Roads Located In The Districts Of Floreffe, Ciney, Sinsin And Gedinne; Division 2: Relating To The Work To Be Carried Out On The Roads Located In The Districts Of Floreffe, Ciney, Sinsin And Gedinne But According To Specific Times, At Night, On Weekends Or During The Day Between 9 A.M.
