Installation Of Built-In Furniture – Zop Carpentry/Furniture Ex. 3-5. The Pius Hospital Oldenburg Is Planning The Zop Restructuring Project As Part Of Restructuring Measures. The Subject Of The Tender Is Carpentry Work In The Existing Structure During Ongoing Hospital Operations In The Form Of The Installation Of Furniture With Accessories Manufactured According To Specifications In Various Rooms (E.G. Hallways, Offices, Work And Lounges, Changing Rooms And Patient Rooms); In Particular: Built-In Furniture, Wall, Tall And Base Cabinets With Fronts And Panels, Niche Paneling, Privacy Walls, Work And Wall Panels, Desks And Mobile Containers, Counter Systems. The Work Is To Be Carried Out In Two Phases In Construction Stage 3 And Construction Stage 4. Execution Periods For Partial Services As Follows: Construction Stage 3 - Technical Clarification And Creation Of The Work And Assembly Planning 20 Working Days - Measurement And Production Of The Facility 30 Working Days - Pre-Production And Assembly Of All Bases 15 Working Days - Assembly Of The Facility 20 Working Days Construction Stage 4 - Technical Clarification And Creation Of The Work And Assembly Planning 10 Working Days - Measurement And Production Of The Facility 5 Working Days - Pre-Production And Assembly Of All Bases 20 Working Days - Assembly Of The Facility 10 Working Days The Provision Of Services For Construction Stage 4 Takes Place Approximately 7 Months Later Than Construction Stage 3. The Adjacent Components Remain In Operation While The Construction Work Is Being Carried Out. The Execution May Be Interrupted Or Disrupted Due To Hospital Operations And Trades Working In Parallel. Unhindered And Continuous Work Is Therefore Not Guaranteed. By Submitting An Offer, The Bidder Confirms That He Can React Flexibly To This Construction Process And That The Client Will Not Incur Any Additional Costs As A Result.
