Parts Of Locomotives Or Rolling Stock – Delivery Of Axles For Metropolis 98B Metro Vehicles In 2028-2030. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Axles For Metropolis 98B Metro Vehicles. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of 130 Pieces Of Drive Axles And 60 Pieces Of Rolling Axles Indicated In The Technical Specification With Annexes (Hereinafter Referred To As St), Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Specification Of Terms Of Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz) And Being Its Integral Part. 3. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Spare Parts On The Terms Specified In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). During The Period Equal To The Period Of The Warranty Granted, The Subject Of The Order Will Be Covered By Warranty. 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Procedure Documentation, I.E.: Swz And Its Annexes, In Particular St And The Model Agreement (Appendix No. 2 To Swz). 5. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Offer For Parts Equivalent To The Original Parts (Original Axles) Indicated By The St Ordering Party. If Equivalent Parts Are Offered, They Must Have The Same Parameters As The Original Parts, While Meeting The Functional Requirements Of The Original Parts And Will Be Compatible With Other Elements Of The Vehicle. The Ordering Party Requires That The Manufacturer Of Equivalent Parts Has An Implemented Quality Management System In Its Company. The Contractor Who Offers The Supply Of Equivalent Parts Is Obliged To: - Declare In The Offer Form That He Offers And Will Deliver Equivalent Parts, - Indicate In The Offer The Items For Which He Offers Equivalent Parts, I.E. Rolling Axles Or Drive Axles, Respectively, - Include In The Offer Data Of The Offered Equivalent Parts, I.E. Names Of Equivalent Parts, Manufacturers Of Equivalent Parts, Catalog Numbers/Designations Of Equivalent Parts, And It Is The Contractors Obligation To Describe The Offered Equivalent Parts In The Offer In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly Determine What Equivalent Parts The Contractor Offers In A Given Item Of The Offer Form, I.E. In The Field Of Rolling Axles Or Drive Axles, Respectively, - Submit Together With The Offer The Evidence Referred To In Point 12 Of The Swz, I.E.: 1) A Certificate Of Implementation Of The Quality Management System, Issued By An Accreditation Body, For The Manufacturer Of The Offered Equivalent Parts, 2) An Assessment Of The Significance Of The Change (Made On Its Own And At Its Own Expense) Regarding The Offered Equivalent Parts. The Result Of Such An Assessment Must Be That It Is Classified As An Insignificant Change, Not Related To Safety. Based On The Assessment Of The Significance Of The Change, The Contractor Will Submit A Statement (In Accordance With Annex No. 8 To The St) Confirming The Following Equivalence Criteria: The Reversibility Of The Change And The Effects Of Failure Are Low; 3) A Statement Issued By The Vehicle Manufacturer Or A Body Notified And Authorized By Utk That These Parts May Be Used In Vehicles Operated By Metro Warszawskie Sp.
