A Separate Announcement Will Be Published For Each Of These Offers. The Subject Of This Publication Is The Conclusion Of Non-Exclusive Framework Agreements For The Provision Of Secondary Prevention Services In Accordance With Section 43 Paragraph 1 No. 1 Sgb V For The Aok Plus Mentally Healthy Offer. A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With Every Interested Company That Submits An Application To Participate Within The Participation Period And Meets The Participation Requirements. The Purchase Quantity Is Unknown When The Framework Agreement Is Concluded And Depends In Particular On The Extent To Which The Clients Insured Persons Make Use Of Secondary Prevention Services. Minimum Purchase Quantities Cannot Therefore Be Guaranteed. Interested Companies (Applicants) Can Access The Participation Documents Via The Link To The Project Room Of The German Procurement Portal (Dtvp) Mentioned Under Point 5.1.11 Of This Announcement. This Requires Registration On The Procurement Platform (Dtvp) And Activation Of Access To The Project Room By The Client. Registration And Activation For The Project Room Is Free Of Charge. The Participation Documents Must Be Filled Out Completely And Submitted Via The Communication Module In The Project Room Of The Award Platform. If It Is Not Possible To Sign The Framework Agreement With A Qualified Electronic Signature, It Must Be Signed By Hand And Submitted By Post In Duplicate. In This Case, The Signed Framework Agreement Must Be Submitted In Advance As A Scan Together With The Other Participation Documents Via The Communication Module. In Order To Meet The Deadline, Timely Receipt Of The Participation Documents Via The Procurement Platform Is Sufficient. Applicants Can Submit The Fully Completed And Signed Participation Documents By October 5Th, 2026. The Client Reserves The Right To Extend The Opportunity To Participate; Such An Extension Will Be Announced In A Timely Manner By Means Of A New Announcement. Applicants Are Requested To Consult The Supplement To The Official Journal Of The European Union On A Regular Basis In This Regard. If The Expiry Of The Submission Deadline Falls On A Saturday, Sunday Or A National Public Holiday, The Submission Deadline Ends At The End Of The Following Working Day. The Service Begins - Depending On The Time At Which The Participation Documents Are Submitted - As A Rule 3 Months After The Respective Submission Deadline Has Expired; The Exact Time When The Service Begins Can Be Found In The Participation Documents. The Framework Agreement Comes Into Force As Soon As The Client Signs The Framework Agreement After Receipt Of The Complete Participation Documents Signed By The Applicant
