Transformer Substation - Digitel Green Pilot Project - Refurbishment Of The 220/110/20 Kv Mostiștea Substation In The Concept Of A Digital Substation With Low Environmental Impact - Purchase 1. 1.1 Object 1 – Refurbishment Of The Mostiștea Station This Object Is In Turn Made Up Of Two Sub-Objects And Related Terms Of Reference: 1.1.1 Mostiștea Electrical Station The 220 Kv Station Will Be Outdoor Type, With Air Insulation, Made With Conventional Equipment, Located On The Disused Surface Of The Current 220 Kv Station. The 110 Kv Station Will Be Indoor Type, Equipped With Sealed Cells, With Insulation In Air/Technical Gas, In Three-Phase Construction. The 20Kv Substation Will Be Located In The Current Mv Substation Building. In This Project, Two New, Independent, Self-Service Units Have Been Provided, One Direct Current (D.C.) And One Alternating Current (A.C.) Unit, Respectively, As Follows: • A D.C. Self-Service Unit. What Feeds The Dc Consumers Of The 220 Kv, 110 Kv, 20 Kv Station, The At1, At2 Autotransformers And The T1 And T2 110/20 Kv Transformation Units; • A Unit Of Own Services Of C.A. That Supplies The Ac Consumers Of The 220Kv, 110Kv And 20Kv Station. Within The Framework Of The Digitel Green Pilot Project - Refurbishment Of The 220/110/20 Kv Mostiștea Station In The Concept Of A Digital Station And With Low Impact On The Environment, The Technical Condition Module Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Smart Grid Reference Architecture, For The Management Of Assets At The Level Of The Mostiștea Station, Called Condition Monitoring System (Cms). In The Field Of Telecommunications, Within This Project, The Following Will Be Carried Out: • Ensuring The Technical Endowment Of Data And/Or Voice Transmissions (Hw&Sw) Necessary For: O Carrying Out The Traffic Required By The Ems/Scada System; O Remote Control Of The Station From The Ctsi/Det Level; O Monitoring And Parameterization Of The Protection Systems At The Sscpa Level Of The Bucharest Branch And The Den Headquarters; O Data-Voice Transmissions For Operation And Maintenance Needs; O Ensuring The Telecommunications Facilities For The Management Of The Station; O The Monitoring System Of Interzonal Oscillations (Synchrophasors); O Ensuring The Transmission Channels Of Metering, Local Metering And Electricity Quality Data. O Ensuring The Hardware Redundancy Of The Interfaces That Receive/Transmit Data And/Or Voice, Which Require This. O The Creation Of Telecommunications Facilities To Ensure The Necessary Voice And/Or Data Traffic Due To The Emergence Of A New Integrated Computer/Information System, Intended, At This Stage, To Be Composed, In Principle, Of The Following Systems:  Components/Sub-Systems Of The Asset Management System In Acquisition 1 Of The Project:  Ar, Digital Twin And Pia  Bms (Takes Information Also From Sis - Integrated (Physical) Security)  Integrated (Physical) Security; • Providing Technical Equipment For Cybersecurity (Hw&Sw); • Ensuring The Technical Endowment Of Teleprotection Transmissions (Hw&Sw) The Construction And Installation Works Related To The Realization Of The Renovation Works In The Mostiștea 220/110/20 Kv Station In The Concept Of A Digital Station And With A Low Impact On The Environment: Clăd
