Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Zukunftfähiges Ot-Rz. The Strategy Of St.Galler Stadtwerke (Sgsw) Envisages Operating Operational Technology (Ot) In Three Dedicated Data Centers. Two Of These Locations Are To Be Realized In An Existing Substation Of The St.Galler Stadtwerke. The Third Location Will Subsequently Be Developed And Realized Independently Within The New Uw Steinachstrasse Building Project And Is Therefore Not Part Of This Tender. As Part Of A Preliminary Project, Two Potential Locations Were Evaluated And Their Feasibility Examined. The Site-Specific Master Concepts Developed From This And The Requirements Developed (Requirements Specification) Form The Basis For Further Planning And Implementation Of The Construction Project. With This Tender, St.Galler Stadtwerke Is Looking For A General Planner Who Will Further Develop The Construction Project And Be Responsible For It Until It Is Fully Realized. The General Planner Takes Over All Planning And Coordination Services In Accordance With Sia Phases 31 To 53 As Well As The Tasks Defined In The Tender Documents. The Goal Of St.Galler Stadtwerke Is To Be Able To Put The Data Centers Into Operation By Mid-2028 Or Earlier. This Results In The Need To Develop And Realize The Two Locations In Parallel. In Addition, The Two Data Centers Should Be As Identical And Functionally Structured As Possible. Synergies, For Example When Tendering For Hardware Or Commissioning Specialist Planners, Must Be Consistently Exploited.
