In Each Case Where These Standards Are Indicated In The Content Of The Swz, Including In The Annexes To The Swz, It Should Be Understood That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Thus, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards Indicated In Point 15 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 And 5 Pzp. The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood As Meaning That The Offered Equipment Comes From Production Covered By An Implemented And Up-To-Date Management System That Meets The Requirements Specified In Point 15 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. The Equivalent Solutions Used Must Correspond In Type And Scope To The Purposes Served By The Standards Referred To In Point 15 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. Due To The Fact That Various Equivalent Proposals Are Allowed, The Contractor Is Required To Verify And Treat All Solutions As Interconnected. Demonstrating Equivalence, I.E. Meeting The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent, Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. If Equipment Is Offered From Production Covered By A Management System Compliant With An Equivalent Standard Or Another Solution Equivalent To The Standards Indicated In Point 15 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate This Solution In Point 4 Of The Offer Form, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Provide Information About The Offered Equivalent Solution, Justification Of Its Equivalence And Evidence Confirming Its Equivalence. The Ordering Party Will Not Reject The Contractors Offer Just Because The Offered Equipment Does Not Come From Production Covered By Management Systems Compliant With The Standards Indicated In Point 15 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104 - 107 Pzp, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Point 15 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Article 101(5) Pzp).
