Security Services – Providing 24-Hour, Permanent Service Of Direct Physical Protection Of People And Property In Branches Of The National Museum In Krakow. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Permanent Direct Physical Protection Services For Persons And Property In The Facilities Of The National Museum In Krakow. The Basic Order Covers The Provision Of Services For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Commencement Of The Provision Of Security Services, With The Possibility Of Extending The Implementation Period Under The Option Right By A Maximum Of Another 24 Months, In Two Consecutive Periods Of 12 Months Each. The Maximum Period Of Service Provision, Including Option Rights, Is 48 Months. 2. Security Services Will Be Provided In The Following Branches Of The National Museum In Krakow: 1) Princes Czartoryski Library At Ul. Saint Marka 17 In Kraków, 2) Józef Mehoffers House At Ul. Krupnicza 26 In Kraków, 3) Jan Matejkos House At Ul. Floriańska 41 In Krakow, 4) Stanisław Wyspiański Museum At Pl. Sikorskiego 6 In Kraków, 5) Szołayskis Tenement House At 5, 6) Spytkowice Castle At Ul. Zamkowa 48 In Spytkowice. 3. The Services Include, In Particular, 24-Hour Physical Security, Maintenance Of Permanent Posts, Patrols, Control Of Passenger And Material Traffic, Supervision Of Technical Security Systems And Intervention In Emergency Situations. 4. The Ordering Party Also Provides For The Possibility Of Ordering Additional Services In The Form Of Ad Hoc Posts, Settled According To The Actual Number Of Man-Hours Worked. 5. Option Right: 1) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Pzp, In Two Stages: The First, Covering The Extension Of The Provision Of Services By 12 Months Immediately After The End Of The Basic Contract, And The Second, Covering The Extension Of The Provision Of Services For Another 12 Months Immediately After The End Of The First Optional Period.
