Waste-Tip Management Services – Organizing, Equipping And Running A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Iwkowa Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Called Organizing, Equipping And Running A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Iwkowa Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Contractors Provision Of: Service Of Pszok, Maintaining Cleanliness And Order, Organization Of Selective Collection Of Waste Delivered By Commune Residents, Keeping Records Of Waste Received, Submitting A Report To The Ordering Party, Successive Removal Of Waste From Pszok To Ensure Continuous Delivery Of Waste By Residents And Preventing The Containers From Overflowing, Transferring Waste For Management In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Transferring Waste Collected From Property Owners Intended For Storage To Regional Waste Processing Installations Municipal Waste Indicated In The Provincial Municipal Waste Management Plan. The Detailed Scope Of The Service, The Method Of Carrying Out The Order And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Service In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations And Standards, The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge, And With Due Care. 2. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires, Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Under An Employment Contract, To Employ Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of The Execution Of This Order: Performing Work Related To The Operation Of The Selective Waste Collection Point (Pszok) (Including: Handling Current Notifications, Preparing Reports, Keeping Records), Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Maintaining The Minimum Remuneration For Work Determined On The Basis Of The Act Of October 10, 2002 On Minimum Remuneration For Work (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1773) - Calculated On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. If An Employee Is Employed Part-Time, The Minimum Wage Requirement Is Proportionally Recalculated. The Detailed Scope Of The Obligation To Employ Under An Employment Contract, In Particular Issues Related To The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons And The Ordering Partys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With These Requirements, Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party, Before Signing The Contract And During Its Implementation, Has The Right To Check Whether The Contractor Or Subcontractor Meets The Requirements Indicated In The Point Above, In Particular By Ordering An Inspection By The National Labor Inspectorate And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Allows For The Execution Of The Order In Question By The Contractor Using Subcontractors, Which He Is Obliged To Indicate In Section D In Part I
