The Commission Is Divided Into The Following Commission Stages: • Part A: Creation Of The Execution And Work And Assembly Planning, Preparatory Construction Measures (Planning Phase) Including The Revision Of The Existing Planning Of The Lph 3, In Particular The Tga Planning • Part B: Construction Execution The Planning Phase (Part A) Is Accompanied By The Client With Regard To School-Related Issues And The Design Requirements. Optimization Potential With Regard To Cost, Deadline And Quality Goals Should Be Identified Within The Framework Conditions Specified By Howoge And Implemented According To The Clients Decision. As Part Of The Award Process (Stage 2 Negotiations), The Bidders Selected In The Competition Must, Among Other Things, Create A Personnel Deployment Concept As Well As A Planning And Technical Project Study (Concept Of Building Construction, Concept Of Technical Building Equipment, Construction Logistics And Construction Management) Related To The Implementation Of The Planning And Construction Services, Which Will Be Assessed By The Client With Regard To Their Quality As Part Of The Award Decision.
